KK Install Board: Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
The KK Install Board is KK's internal installation board, run for KoonKen. Only people an admin has invited can use it.
When you sign in, Google is used only to read your name and email address, so the board can check that you were invited. We do not read anything else from your Google account.
The board stores job schedule data (customers, areas, teams, dates and notes) and a history of changes, so the team can see who changed what. It syncs jobs to the company's Google Calendar.
No data is sold or shared outside the company.
To be removed from the board, ask an admin. Questions: yeohwh95@gmail.com.
