People who can use the board
Calendar = the "KK Job Arrangement" Google Calendar. View: they see the jobs in their own Google Calendar app. View + edit: they can also move jobs there, and the board follows. Off: board only. Google emails them the calendar link.

Teams (rows on the board)
A new team is added at the bottom. Use ↑ ↓ to put it in the right place. A team can only be removed when it has no notes, so no job is ever lost. In Google Calendar the team shows at the end of the title, e.g. [BRK 6663].
Note colours (who each colour is)
Type a name and press Enter (or click away) to save. Everyone sees it on the note form and in the board's Colour key. A colour with no name is hidden from the note form, so to add a new salesperson, type their name on an empty colour.

Board edits update the Calendar
ON: every change on the board (including notes that get pushed along, and undo) is copied to the calendar within a few seconds.
OFF: nothing is written to the calendar, so it can drift from the board. Switching it back ON brings the calendar up to date with the board.
Calendar edits update the Board
ON: moving or deleting a job's event in Google Calendar moves or deletes the job on the board (same rules as dragging). OFF: those calendar changes are put back within about 20 seconds and admins see a banner. Either way, events people add to the calendar themselves are never changed or deleted; they wait in the list below for an admin to Import or Dismiss.
Show holidays in the Calendar
Board holidays appear as all-day "HOLIDAY: name" events. Holidays are always managed on the board; changes to those events in the calendar are put back.
Rebuild the calendar from the board. You see a dry-run count first.
Changes Google Calendar would not take
These were tried 8 times and then set aside so they stop holding up other changes. Fix the note on the board (that retries it automatically), retry, or dismiss.
Calendar events not on the board
Events people add in Google Calendar are never put on the board by themselves, and the board never deletes them. Import one to make it a note, or Dismiss it to leave it only in the calendar. Changes to the calendar events that imported holidays came from are listed here too.
Import existing calendar events
One-time tool: events that were already in the calendar when the board was connected are left alone. Pick a date to bring the ones from that date on onto the board (you see a count first).
Trash
Deleted notes stay here for 90 days. Restore puts a note back on its old team and date (you see first if it would push other jobs).
Refused sign-ins
People who tried to sign in but are not on the list. Only admins see this.
